Levitating Bears?
Campus police officers in Colorado used tranquilizer darts and a trampoline to safely remove a bear hiding in a tree, leading to the photograph of an apparently levitating bear seen below and/or a Matrix-style battle royale.

And this is a perculiar case of “stranger than fiction”. Who was the smart guy to get out the trampoline?
Bearman!
There’s probably a more apropos place to post this, but something I found interesting. (There’s also an interesting list of superhero-related books from a different perspective in the middle of the article.)

This bear realized the truth… that there is no trampoline.
Even stranger is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened! It’s *ahem* unBEARable.
Oh, the puns! They’re too much to BEAR!
Bearly…
As a rule, I forbear from using puns. Oh, wait.
Bear with me for a moment while I try to think up another pun.
I’ll bear witness to that…

I’m emBEARrassed to be reading these puns four years after they were posted
To be fair, wordplay in general (e.g. puns) is pretty grisly as a comedic device. Counterintuitively, it’s probably more promising in mysteries and horror (e.g. Sherlock Holmes getting the clue “RACHE” scribbled in blood at a crime scene).
