Please donate $10 to the Save the B. Mac Fund!

I’ve passed my teaching interview and will be teaching high school assuming I pass my background check. But they’ll only start paying me three weeks after starting, so I need savings to cover those first three weeks.  I’d really appreciate if you would donate to help defray my costs, especially if you’ve benefited from my reviews and/or articles and/or would like to be a Benefactor of Badassery.

    Speaking of Korea, there was an incident today with South Korean marines firing on a civilian jet coming into Incheon International Airport. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Yeah, my flight is landing in IIA. 🙂

    Well, it was just rifle fire. I don’t think the people on the jet were in much danger. (The plane was out of range of the fire). It’d probably be a lot less interesting than a landing at Baghdad International a few years back. In 2003 and early 2004, three planes were hit with surface-to-air missiles there. I think all three of the planes landed safely, but even so, that’d probably be really scary.

    Thanks! I’m pleased with my funding progress so far. I’m taking on extra tutoring and editing jobs and that will get me most of the way.
