$280 for a Dell with Vista, $430 for the same computer with XP
I’m looking at supercheap computers. Dell sells one for $280, but it comes with Vista. That’s a mistake I won’t make again. For $150, I can “downgrade” to an operating system that actually works. I think that’s the seediest business model I’ve ever encountered. At least this means that Microsoft should stop claiming that Vista’s absolute crappiness is just in our heads.
