Here, I picked out a few shades of blue/purple and yellow/gold. If you pick out a shade of blue that’s more blue, I recommend a shade of yellow/gold that’s more on the yellowish side. In contrast, if your shade of blue is closer to purple, a richer gold will probably complement it best. Another factor to consider is contrast. If your blue is dark, your yellow/gold should probably be relatively light. And both colors have to look good on black, obviously.
Here’s another rough sketch. I tried to fit as many frames as I could and thought that 3 would look better than 4. These pages have a lot of visual detail, like the buildings coated with graffiti and the characters, so I feel that breaking the page into many panels is likely to make these cluttered.
